CALNE: Justin William Bowe, 39, of Low Lane, Calne, has been ordered to pay £100 in compensation, after he admitted stealing a quantity of Airwick air fresheners from Co-op Stores on November 12. Swindon magistrates authorised a collection order.

TROWBRIDGE: Matthew Mark Thomas, 27, of Ushers Court, Trowbridge, has been sent for trial by jury to Salisbury Crown Court on December 6. He faces a charge of assaulting a woman, causing actual bodily harm, in Trowbridge on November 20. He has been remanded in custody.

CALNE: Ashley James Unwin, 31, of Oxford Road, Calne, admitted damaging property at Chippenham on November 21, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made by Swindon Family Court on September 26. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation and is prevented from having any contact with the victim.

MELKSHAM: Callum Frederick Parks, 24, of Speedwell Close, Melksham, has been remanded on conditional bail until January 23 by Swindon magistrates. He has pleaded not guilty to two charges of assaulting a woman by beating on April 7 and damaging a wall belonging to her on the same date. He has pleaded guilty to damaging a door belonging to another woman in Trowbridge on November 14. He has been ordered to observe a 7pm to 7am curfew, not to contact the women either directly or indirectly, not to go to Semington or Hilperton and to sleep each night in Speedwell Close.

TROWBRIDGE: Paul Andrew, 51, of no fixed abode, Trowbridge, has admitted stealing electronic equipment worth £160 and two JBL speakers belonging to Sainsbury’s in Trowbridge on August 26. He also admitted attempting to steal a razor from Tesco Stores Ltd in Trowbridge on August 24, and using threatening abusive or threatening words and behaviour in Trowbridge on August 20 and on August 26. He admitted assaulting detention officers in Melksham on August 26, and stealing a rucksack worth £27 and £14 worth of meat from Tesco Stores in Trowbridge on August 12. Swindon magistrates gave him community orders with alcohol treatment at Turning Point and ordered him to pay £25 in compensation to each of the detention officers.

CORSHAM: Connor Wilcox, 21, of Weller Road, Corsham, has been ordered by Swindon magistrates to pay £200 compensation after he admitted damaging a window belonging to a woman at Corsham on October 19. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Swindon court on November 20, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings at Melksham Police Station on October 19. A collection order was made.

WESTBURY: Paul David Butler, 46, of Merlin Court, Oldfield Road, Westbury, has been remanded on conditional bail until January 23 by magistrates in Swindon. He has elected summary trial after pleading not guilty to a charge of assaulting a man at Redlynch in Salisbury on September 22, causing him actual bodily harm, and damaging a front door valued at £150 belonging to the man on the same date. He has been ordered not to contact the alleged victim, either directly or indirectly.

CHIPPENHAM: Joshua Jeremiah Davis, 34, of Long Close, Chippenham, has been remanded on bail until March 4 by Swindon magistrates. He has pleaded not guilty to damaging a television and a mobile phone valued at £360 belonging to a woman in Chippenham on September 8, and assaulting her by beating her on the same date. He has been ordered not to contact her and another woman, either directly or indirectly, and not to go to Neeld Crescent, Chippenham.

CHIPPENHAM: Terry Dean Fisher, 31, of The Springs, Chippenham, has been sent for trial at Swindon Crown Court on December 20 charged with supplying a quantity of cocaine, a class A drug, between August 1 2018 and April 14 2019. He is also charged with possessing criminal property, namely £163,688 in cash, in Wiltshire on April 13. He was remanded on unconditional bail.

CHIPPENHAM: Kristian Daniel Cleverley, 30, of Ludlow Close, Chippenham, has admitted possessing 0.539 grams of cocaine at Chippenham on August 15. Swindon magistrates ordered him to pay a £120 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
