TICKETS are selling fast for a production of Cinderella at The Wharf Theatre, Devizes which runs until Saturday.

Peter Winterton directs and Brian Teeder is in charge of the music as panto fun of the very best variety brings laugh and mayhem to the canalside theatre.

Everyone knows the story of the hard done by Cinderella who is terrorised by her Ugly Sisters but The Wharf promises some unexpected twists along the way as Cinders does her best to get her prince.

Oliver Phipps and Hayley Baxter are the Ugly Sisters while Jemma Gingell is Cinderella.

A spokesman said: “This is Peters first time not only writing a panto but directing at the Wharf ... possibly his last go at both!

“But he hopes you will all enjoy the show. This is the story of a young girl who just wants to meet her prince and live happily ever after; however her truly ugly sisters have other ideas!

“With a few unexpected twists along the way, will she get her prince so we need to buy another hat or will the ugly sisters royally mess it up?

Tickets for both matinees are sold out but a few tickets for other performances are still for sale.
