RESIDENTS and visitors to Warminster could soon be able to refill their water bottles near the town's library.
Wessex Water plans to install a public water refill unit made from marine grade stainless steel. The unit will be robust, vandal-proof, and will be fixed to a concrete pavement slab.
The town council is being asked to lift and replace the paving so the unit can be installed and to clean it after installation.
