Appeal for witnesses after an assault in Trowbridge
THERE is an appeal for witnesses after an attack in Trowbridge.
Officers were called to reports of an assault outside the Tesco Express on Eastbourne Road, Trowbridge at around 8.20pm on January 7.
They arrived to find a 52-year-old local man waiting for the ambulance service. He told officers that he had been approached by two men and one of them had assaulted him.
Paramedics arrived and treated the victim for head injuries. He was advised to go to hospital but declined.
