TROWBRIDGE Town Council is being urged to speed up its campaign to go green and reduce its carbon footprint.
Cllr Chris Hoar has asked the council to consider switching its electricity supply to a firm offering renewable energy when the contract comes up for renewal.
Councillors plan to look at ways they can achieve carbon reduction goals during the next financial year, working with local partners, and including tree planting.
