The four Sudanese men who leapt from a Horse Box in London Road, Marlborough have been arrested on suspicion of immigration offences.
They had stowed away under a pile of duvets in a horse trailer belonging to Sue and Jeremy Riches, boarding at the French port of Caen.
The Home Office confirmed that three are minors who are now in the care of social services.
The fourth has been transferred to an immigration removal centre while his case is dealt with.
Police were called by Mr and Mrs Riches to London Road in Marlborough at about 09:00 GMT yesterday (Tuesday).
They were bringing back furniture to the UK, having recently sold a house in France.
