A MAN accused of driving dangerously and with cocaine in his system on the M40 near Bicester is set to appear at court.
Irfan Hussain is charged with one count of driving dangerously, one of failing to stop for a constable and two counts of drug driving.
The 34-year-old of Herrick Road, Birmingham, is also charged with one count of using a vehicle without third party insurance.

All of the alleged offences are claimed to have taken place on July 10 last year while on the M40 near Bicester.
Prosecutors claim that Hussain was the driver of a VW Golf vehicle when all of the offences took place.
The two counts alleging drug driving claim that he had cocaine and Benzoylecgonine in his blood.
Hussain has not entered a plea to any of the counts he faces.
He is due to appear before Oxford Magistrates' Court today for the first listing of his case.
