THE business guru behind some of America’s biggest brands will be in Wiltshire to share his recipe for success in April.

Glen Senk, 63, has been the creative force at some of the world’s leading retailers and he will be speaking on How To Build A Billion Dollar Business at a breakfast at hi-tech office community Heywood House, near Westbury, on April 30.

He took on the prototype brand Anthropologie when it was just a test project at US firm Urban Outfitters and shaped it into a global brand worth a billion dollars.

He began his career at Bloomingdale’s in the US before moving to Habitat in London. He returned to the United States to mastermind the expansion of Pottery Barn before moving to Urban Outfitters. He was CEO of fine jewellery brand David Yurman before forming his own consultancy Front Row Partners in 2014.

His unrivalled knowledge of how to grow a brand and unique approach to management will make an engaging talk.

Heywood event organiser Sally Lowton said: “Throughout the year we’ll be arranging some special speaking events which we feel will give our tenants some fascinating perspectives on the world of business. The first of these with Glen Senk.”
