SWINDON schoolgirl Fayth Ifil's powerful rendition of Tina Turner classic Proud Mary looks set to blow the Britain's Got Talent judges away tonight.

The talented 12-year-old auditoned for the show in January and viewers will find out tonight whether she makes it through to the live shows.

Britain's Got Talent's YouTube channel teased a clip of Fayth's performance this afternoon.

Fayth, the daughter of former Swindon Town defender Jerel Ifil, starred in the West End musicals School of Rock and Tina – The Tina Turner Musical.

“I chose the song because of having done the show,” said Fayth.

“I got loads of inspiration from it.”

She has been at The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts Swindon for the last three years.

Britain's Got Talent airs tonight at 8pm.
