A MELKSHAM man is to appear before Salisbury magistrates on May 29 charged with criminal damage and failing to appear in court for other offences.
Nigel Duane, 23, from Caretakers Close, was arrested by police at 1.27am on Thursday in Bank Street, Melksham, after they noticed he was drunk.
Enquiries revealed he was wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court for offences in another force area.
He was charged with criminal damage after damaging a camera in his custody cell.
