DELIVERIES of all kinds have become more important than ever during lockdown.
As we stay at home and no longer have the luxury of eating out, it's comforting to know that the food can at least be brought to us instead, which is also helpful to the many services struggling as a result of the pandemic.

Months into lockdown, it's safe to say many of us are also missing being able to enjoy a cocktail - or two!
And as we desperately google how to make our own martinis before realising we don't have half the ingredients, deliveries come to the rescue once again.

Below are five Berkshire-based pubs and bars which are offering deliveries of cocktails, gins and wines made exactly how you like them on a night out, which can be brought straight to your door.

1. The Leafy Elephant, Wokingham
This popular and relatively new gin bar makes an incredible array of drinks, combining the best flavours and garnishes to suit your taste.
You can now order drinks from here to be delivered if you're in Wokingham, Bracknell or some surrounding towns.
After selecting your gin from the extensive menu, you will be brought your drink along with the tonic and toppings which compliment your choice the most.
The service is available through Deliveroo.
2. Burrito & Tequila, Bracknell
Again available on Deliveroo, this choice is less cocktail-based but has plenty of options to satisfy beer and wine fans - and of course tequila lovers!
The Mexican restaurant is available for delivery, and with a list of alcoholic beverages available, this is always an option if you're in need of a lockdown tipple.
3. The Victoria pub, Tilehurst
The Victoria pub offers a take-away service with a host of its cocktails and other drinks.

4. The Jam Jar Cocktail Club, Woodley

The bar offers home delivery of complete cocktail making kits, including the alcohol, premium mixers, a jar for mixing and drinking, paper straws, recipes and spirit pourers!
They also include fresh fruit for the cocktails, and use Fletcher’s Greengrocers of Wokingham, in a bid to support another local business.

Wine bar Fifty Six delivers from Wednesdays to Saturdays.
Available on Deliveroo, you can choose from a whole host of whites, reds, roses and sparklings to be delivered straight to your door!
