MARLBOROUGH Tennis Club had a record number of court bookings after being able to open up again.
A staggering 518 games have been played in the last month.
The new courts were built two years ago and have now been a thriving fixture on Marborough’s sporting scene.
Coaching has also resumed and one to one and family group coaching is taking place with a view to this opening up to larger groups very soon.
Competitive play has resumed in the form of a new singles ladder and has had over 60 matches played in the last month. Marlborough Tennis is planning a Try Tennis Out Open day on July 11 where people can come and try out the new courts and have a go at tennis. There will be something for all abilities.
They are also offering several discounts on membership to help out in these difficult financial times. Further details can be found at www.marlboroughtennis.co.uk
