POLICE caught more than 20 people in two hours not wearing a seatbelt in Poole.
Poole traffic cops joined forces with office from the No Excuse team in Ringwood Road in Alderney.
A post on the Dorset Traffic Cops Facebook page said: “Officers stopped a number of drivers and passengers who failed to wear their seatbelt - a legal requirement - in conjunction with a current national policing campaign.
“In just over two hours 24 people were reported for failing to wear their seatbelt and 10 other offences were also dealt with including licence and insurance, tyre offences and mobile phone use.
“We will continue to enforce and educate in order to reduce road casualties - where will we be next?”
