POLICE were called to reports of a disturbance outside a pub in Trowbridge yesterday evening (Thursday, July 9).

One man was treated by South Western Ambulance Service paramedics at the scene for a cut lip.

The disturbance is understood to have involved two men fighting outside The Greyhound public house in Mortimer Street, Trowbridge.

A police spokesman said: "We were called to reports of a disturbance outside this address at just before 9pm yesterday.
