A angry resident of Bradford on Avon has called on the Town Council to hold tomorrow's (September 8) meeting at St Margaret's Hall.
One resident who has lived in the town for nearly 50 years has emailed the council today calling on tomorrow's full council meeting in person.
They accused the town council of 'not wanting to face the anger of residents' in the town and believe that St Margaret's Hall is a safe enough venue for the meeting.
She said: "They do not want to face what they have done and it's such a contentious issue.
"Zoom is not accessible to a lot of people.
There is a generation in Bradford who want to see and hear what the council are deciding and not everybody can access is via Zoom.
The resident said that there is 'no reason' that meetings cannot be held at St Margaret's Hall.
She added: "St Margaret's Hall was refurbished a few years ago. It is very big, very spacious, there's plenty of room for social distancing and a platform where the Town Council could sit.
"It's such an important meeting for the town that it should be held in public."
