Year 11 students at Kingsdown School have been given Chromebooks to help with learning.
The laptops will eventually be given to the rest of the school year groups but Year 11 pupils have been given priority in the first phase.
Matthew Edwards, Assistant Headteacher who is leading on the project say “The device will significantly enhance the learning experience for our students both in the classroom and at home.
“It further supports the championing and individualised learning and feedback already on offer at Kingsdown, and comes with access to a vast range of high quality resources that will supplement the normal high quality excellent teaching and brilliant learning that Kingsdown prides itself on delivering.”
The device rollout will continue throughout the year with all students hoping to have a Chromebook by the end of the school year.
