A teenager cycling in West Swindon was pushed from his bicycle by two men who threatened him with weapons.

The incident happened at around 3pm yesterday, near the Shaw Forest car park.

The suspects fled the scene with the bike, a black Kona bike.

They are described as white males, aged 16 to 17, 5ft 8 inches tall and wearing all black clothing, including balaclavas.

One of the men was described as wearing a black puffa-style coat with orange writing across the front reading ellesse and an orange logo above it.

The stolen bike has writing on both sides of the frame, one side reading Kona and the other reading Supreme. The bike also has very distinctive blue handle bars.

PC Kiah Vaughan said: “We would like to hear from anyone who was in Shaw Forest during the afternoon of Sunday 25 October who may have witnessed this incident or may have seen or heard something suspicious in this area around this time.

"Fortunately, the victim was not injured but has been left feeling, understandably, very shaken.

Anyone with information should call Wiltshire Police on 101.
