South Somerset Magistrates Court in Yeovil
A TROWBRIDGE milkman charged with four thefts failed to appear at South Somerset Magistrates Court in Yeovil yesterday.
James Plank, 48, of Bartletts Mead, Steeple Ashton, is charged with stealing dairy products on January 20, January 27, February 3 and February 10 last year.
Mr Plank was advised not to attend court because of the Covid-19 pandemic and his case was adjourned to February 12 in Yeovil.
