CHILDREN at the Bebe Tots Nursery in Westbury and Dilton Marsh Primary School used their imaginations and creativity to spread some smiles over Easter.
Armed with paint, crayons and many other mediums, the budding artists made a delightful array of colourful Easter cards.
The cards were then given to clients of Butterfly Care, a family-owned homecare provider based in Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset and Frome, and the Westbury Court Care Home in Station Road, Westbury.
The cards were used to help create an inter-generational link within the local community and help to brighten homes this Easter.
Anne Pelling, director of Butterfly Care, said: “We are thrilled that Bebe Tots Nursery and Dilton Marsh Primary School could get involved.
"We have already had some lovely feedback from clients, who were thrilled with the cards and would like to thank the nursery and school."
"This past year has been proving very difficult, especially for those living alone, so these cards can mean a lot to someone”.
Because Butterfly Care ended up with so many wonderful cards, they were able to also share them with the Westbury Court Care Home, spreading the joy even further than initially intended.
