POLICE are trying to identify three men who are alleged to have stolen more than £7,000 worth of goods from the Boots store in Trowbridge.

Officers have today released CCTV images of three men they would like to speak to in connection with the high-value shoplifting incident.

It happened at around 4.15pm on Saturday, April 3, at the Boots store in Bythesea Road.

A group of three men were seen to walk into the shop and select a large number of items, including razor blades, premium skincare and make up, and then leave without making any attempt to pay.

The total value of the items stolen came to more than £7,000.

The first man is described as white, around 5ft 7ins tall, in his late 30s with short brown hair. He was wearing a dark blue or black jacket, dark blue jeans, smart brown shoes and carrying a green shoulder strap bag.

The second man was also in his 30s, around 5ft 9ins tall, and of a stocky or large build with a bald head. He was wearing a dark blue or black jacket, dark jeans and black and white Nike trainers.

The third man was in his 30s, around 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build with black hair that had a bald patch in the centre. He was wearing a dark blue puffer jacket, a grey/white hoodie, dark blue jeans and white trainers.
