A fundraising appeal has been launched to help a Westbury removal business whose van was stolen from a layby.
Organiser Richard Mason created the gofundme appeal last weekend to help ROS Transport of Bramble Drive.
The company's van had broken down and was parked in a lay-by near the All Instruments music shop on the A350 just outside Westbury.
Two men were seen to put the Renault Kangoo van onto the back of a low loader lorry at around 10.50am on April 21.
Mr Mason, of Corsley, said: "Unfortunately, someone decided to steal it, and load it on the back of a low loader.
"These poor people rely on this van to run their business, without a van they may not be able to continue trading.
"This will subsequently cause financial hardship in this already difficult time.
"Let’s give them a helping hand and try to get them get a new van. Any help or donations will be greatly received."
Already, the appeal has received donations of £50 towards its £2,000 target.
