After such a long year for artists and audiences alike, Trowbridge Town Hall is excited to be able to bring back live performances kicking off on June 5 with the first of four cabarets throughout June and July. 

Each night will be hosted by Emily Souper and feature a variety of acts ranging from live music to poetry, from drag artists to stand up. 

Emily Souper brings her very own brand of compering to The Court Room.

“I love to create a relaxed atmosphere with the audience and performers and fill the room with stories and laughter," she said.

I am super excited to be performing on a stage again, especially in Trowbridge Town Hall. I love this town and I love this building. The entire programme is such a thrill to be a part of."

On June 5, Gavin Osborn with showcase his musical comedy genius, Baba Yaga, the 'most beautiful and funny drag queen to grace our stage' alongside spoken word artist Saili Katebe and Welsh comedian Eleri Morgan who is described as funny, charming and a little bit manic.

June 19 sees drag king artist – Stan the Man, crowned King of Shambala in 2019 and folk heroine Louise Jordan alongside quick witted and brutally honest comedian Dani Johns take the stage.

July 10 is provocative spoken word artist Kat Lyons. The hilarious and skilled Duncan Cameron will also feature with his effervescent clown performance. Local drag artist Lady Shakira Diamond is returning from a stint in Plymouth and the captivating Florence Espeut-Nickless with a show about growing up in Chippenham. 

On July 24, from the Kennet and Avon the swashbuckling Swingletree, sure to get you stomping your feet, seasoned performer Tom Marshman takes the stage.
