Bradford on Avon Town Council is selling tote bags and hosting a book sale to raise funds for the new skatepark.
Community fundraising for the proposed new Poulton skatepark continues in Bradford as the town council is due to host a book sale and is selling bags.
The second-hand book sale is set to take place on Saturday, June 12 at Westbury Garden.
Cllr Kate Bessant, who has organised the schemes with the BoA Skatepark group said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming people to the town for the book sale.
“We’ve had huge support from the community with amazing donations of great quality books – lots of new fiction and good quality classics, as well as fabulous non-fiction, finds.

“Most of the books will be either £1 or 50p. Lots of bargains. It’s a great chance to promote reading and raise money for a project that will benefit our youth for many years to come.”
The totes bags – produced by The Cotton Bag Company – will be available from Christine’s Sustainable Supermarket for £8 each.
The first 50 bags have been donated by the company which means £400 goes straight into the fund.
Bags and t-shirts will also be available for purchase at the book sale.
