A Trowbridge woman who is contesting an assault charge is still waiting for a date to be set for her trial.
Michelle Henley, 38, was due to appear before Wiltshire Magistrates in Swindon on August 9.
Her case has now been relisted for a hearing on August 26 and she remains on unconditional bail until then.
Ms Henley, of Wheat Close, West Ashton, is charged with assaulting a man by beating on March 3 2020. She pleaded not guilty on February 19.
On Monday (July 19), the court in Swindon said: “The hearing on August 26 is a holding date and your attendance is not required.
“A new trial date will be listed administratively in the interim and we will notify you of this new date in due course.”
In May and June, she was the subject of two Wiltshire Police 'missing person' appeals.
