A PEWSEY mother has vowed she’ll die trying to bring her kids back home to Wiltshire.

Tanya Borg is embroiled in a battle to reach her children, Angel and Maya, who were abducted by their father back in 2015.

Mohammed El Zubaidy had taken their daughters from Pewsey to Tunisia on a holiday to visit family, but then smuggled them across the border to Libya.

Tanya has been granted full custody by British and Libyan courts, but the girls are still missing.

For years Tanya has put all her efforts into trying to reach her children - even hiring people on the ground abroad to investigate.

Heartbreakingly, she even tried flying out to Tunisia on a lead to the potential location of Angel and Maya, but the lead turned out to be fruitless.

Tanya is hosting a fundraiser event next Saturday (September 12) with all money to go toward her ongoing battle to bring her daughters home.

The summer fete will include two DJs, karaoke and even a Bake Off Competition for all ages.

There will also be lots of different stalls from independent sellers, a huge jumble sale and a car boot sale.

"I hope it raises as much awareness as possible," she said.

"I'm doing anything I can. It's just frustrating now that money is the only thing holding me back from doing more.

"But I'll keep trying, I'll die trying to get my daughters back. Angel is 21 now, and Maya will be 10 in October, they don't even have a mobile phone. I have no way of contacting them or knowing that they're okay.

"I've put everything I have into finding them and won't stop, I can't stop until the day they can come home."

The Free Angel And Maya (FAAM) fete will take place on September 12 at Coopers Field in Pewsey from 1pm onwards. To find out more and support Tanya, go to https://www.facebook.com/helpmefindmebabies
