A CORSHAM woman has been remanded on unconditional bail for an alleged assault on a man, a public order offence and a drug offence.
Saliha Messoud, 39, of Nine Acre Drive, appeared in court at Swindon on Wednesday (September 15).
She is charged with assaulting a man by beating in Corsham on March 29 and using threatening, abusive, insulting words and behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause a person harassment, alarm and distress on the same date.
She has also been charged with possessing the Class B controlled drug cannabis on August 16 in Corsham.
Messoud pleaded guilty to all three offences and was remanded on unconditional bail to October 19 at Swindon for pre-sentence reports to be prepared.
The court ordered the drugs to be destroyed.
