ONE of the UK's largest housebuilders has launched the next phase of a 26-home development in Westbury.

Persimmon Homes Wessex is building 26 two and three-bedroom homes at Horseshoe Meadow 2, located off Dartmoor Road.

The first of the new homes have now been released onto the market following the success of the last phase, which is now sold out.

Pauline Fletcher, sales director for Persimmon Homes Wessex, said: “We are excited to have launched this latest phase at Horseshoe Meadow.

“We first started building here back in 2015 and a thriving community has since emerged. The project was always about more than just building houses – it was creating a community and it’s now a fantastic place to live.

“We have a range of house styles available with first completions of this new phase expected later this summer. Demand is already high, so I would urge people to get in touch sooner rather than later.”

Horseshoe Meadow 2 sits in the south west of Westbury, within easy walking distance of essential amenities such as a convenience store and pharmacy, train station and local community centre.

The development is also well-positioned to make the most of easily accessible transport links with Frome, Trowbridge and Bath.
