A former chef at the Leigh Park Country House Hotel has opened his own café in Bradford on Avon.

Mark Duckett, 36, is running the Mill Café with his wife Emma Peacock, 33.

The couple run MJD Catering Ltd from their home in Southville Road, Bradford on Avon.

The Mill Café is located in the former Mill building at Lamb Yard in Bradford on Avon.

Mr Duckett said: “The dream has become a reality and we have opened our cafe in the lovely town of Bradford on Avon.

“It's been a busy week and a half and we have been overwhelmed by the support we have received so far.”

Among the products the café is selling are the Luscious range of organic ice creams and sorbets made in nearby Neston with milk from Jersey dairy cows.
