A Wiltshire man charged with assaulting a woman in an alleged domestic violence case has been remanded on conditional bail.
Andrew Thomas Quick, 30, from Fanshaw Way in Warminster, appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court on Thursday (June 9).
He has pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman by beating in Bratton on January 25.
Mr Quick has been ordered not to contact the alleged victim and a witness and was remanded on conditional bail to Thursday, June 16.
He has also been given an electronic GPS tag to monitor his movements and has been told to abide by a curfew from 1pm to 1am that includes the garden of his home address.
In addition, Mr Quick has been ordered not to enter parts of Bratton and the Lower Westbury Road.
His application to vary the conditions of bail imposed on June 8 at the Wiltshire Magistrates Court was granted.
