A Wiltshire courthouse and a number of streets were evacuated after a bomb scare.
Wilton Road in Salisbury has now reopened after a "suspicious item" was identified outside the law courts today, August 3.
Police officers and a bomb disposal unit have been onsite most of this morning, causing the road to be cordoned off to motorists and pedestrians.
There was a controlled explosion following a bomb scare, the Salisbury Journal has reported.
At around 11am the road reopened to the public.
Graffiti on the side of the court building reads "just is not", and an unusual silver item was attached to the building entrance, alerting emergency services.
Pictures from the incident can be viewed in the above gallery.
