A profitable camping and glamping business near the Wiltshire border is on the market for over £1 million.
The Blackberries Camping Park, at Monkton Farleigh just a few miles within Wiltshire, has been put up for sale for £1.1 million.
Estate agent Carter Jonas says this is because the owner, who took over the land in 2001, is retiring.
The park currently provides 26 tent pitches, three glamping pods, and a permanent bell tent, bringing the total number of pitches to 30.
Elsewhere on the site, there is a picnic barn, two toilet and shower blocks, and a stable block.

But Carter Jonas says any buyers could potentially expand the park by redeveloping the woodland that it sits in.
The listing said: “The Blackberries Camping Park is an established and profitable business which has been running since 2013.
“It has been in the same ownership since 2001 and has repeat business of 30 per cent.
“The camping park mainly specialises in camping but also provides 15 electrical hook-ups for motorhomes, three glamping units, and one permanent bell tent.
“The business has potential to develop the remaining woodland for additional glamping units or to introduce further camping pitches, subject to gaining the necessary consents.”
