Police are appealing for witnesses after a car was stolen during a burglary at a Wiltshire property.

Officers investigating the incident at Priory Street, Corsham, believe a property was broken into sometime between 2am and 6am on Wednesday, May 7 and car keys to a Golf R were taken.

The car, which was parked in a private car park to the rear of the property, was stolen.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious in the area, or anyone with information about the incident, to contact them directly or anonymously via Crimestoppers.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "We would like to hear from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area, or have information that could help our enquiries.
