A record-breaking market is set to return to Warminster.
The Warminster Independent August Market will take place on Sunday, August 31, followed by the Christmas Celebrations on Saturday, November 29.
Hundreds of stalls will fill the Market Place, High Street, and the Warminster Civic Centre, promising a lively atmosphere.
The events aim to attract thousands, with shops also set to open to welcome visitors.
Mayor of Warminster, Councillor Andrew Cooper, expressed his excitement for the upcoming events.
He said: "We are very excited for the next two independent markets as we look forward to once again inviting thousands of people to the town.
"It is more than just a market, it’s an opportunity for shops, stallholders, residents, and visitors to enjoy a day in their town centre.
"The markets really shine a positive light on the town, and we hope people visiting Warminster on market day come back and visit our wonderful town again and again.
"We are delighted to have new stalls committed to the Warminster Independent August Market and the huge Christmas celebrations as well as shops across the town also open.
"The appetite for these markets continues to grow, and we are calling on the community to once again come together to help these events achieve even more success."
Following feedback from the Warminster Independent Summer Market, the Town Council, in collaboration with the Warminster Business Network, has decided to make some changes to enhance the experience for all.
The food court, which was introduced at the last event, was a hit and will be expanded for the August market, which will have a food and drink twist.
Potential stallholders interested in being part of the High Street and Market Place events can obtain more information and an application form by emailing events@warminster-tc.gov.uk.
The market is also on the lookout for volunteers to aid in the growth of the next two events.

Shops in the town that will open during both events are encouraged to email william.bradley@warminster-tc.gov.uk to be included in the event's promotion.
The Warminster Independent Markets have become more than just a shopping event, providing a day out for the community and visitors alike.
With the promise of unique stalls, open shops, an expanded food court, and a bustling atmosphere, the August and Christmas markets are set to be highlights in Warminster's calendar.
As the town prepares to open its doors once again, the community is encouraged to come together to ensure the continued success of these events.
