A Wiltshire convenience store is set to go under the hammer at auction.
The One Stop shop on Marston Road in Trowbridge, just a mile from the town centre, is due to be auctioned off by estate agent Acuitus Limited on October 30.
The store, which serves those living in a significant residential area in the southern part of Trowbridge, has a guide price of £600,000.
This price also includes two flats that sit above the shop.
The sale looks unlikely to impact the day to day running of the One Stop, as the retailer has a lease on the property that does not end until 2039.

Any new buyer could expect a rental income of £51,000 per year from the business, according to Acuitus.
One Stop has occupied the premises for the last eight years and has a total commercial space of just over 376sq feet and the store is described by Acuitus as “substantial.”
The property also covers the car park to the rear of the store.
Acuitus says the site could be “suitable for longer term redevelopment” if planning permission can be obtained for any changes.
