The search is on to find two new businesses to take over empty units at a busy Wiltshire leisure park.

Two units at St Stephen's Leisure Park in Trowbridge town centre are currently being marketed by Brockhurst Property Management and Alder King Property Consultants.

They were both recently added to property website Rightmove.

Management at the centre is searching for two occupants to take on the long empty Dough & Co store and the vacant space between Prezzo and Valeroso Lounge.

The first property is available for an annual rent of £52,000 while the other would cost £84,000 per year.

Both can be rented with the current fitout for no extra charge, or they could be gutted to suit the needs of a new occupant.

The listing said: “The park itself is anchored by a seven-screen Odeon cinema and an 83-bed Premier Inn hotel with six restaurants and leisure operators including Nandos, Wagamama, Prezzo and Frankie & Bennys.”

In 2024, real estate asset and investment management firm Catella APAM sold the leisure park for £11.37 million on behalf of Nexus Properties Ltd.

At the time, it was reported it had been bought by Iroko Zen, a French real estate investment trust located in Paris.
