Tesco has begun trialling a new feature at select sites across the UK, with an Extra store in Wiltshire chosen to take part.
Earlier this month, the supermarket giant installed Royal Mail parcel lockers at select stores.
It has now announced a new trial with Evri, which will see more parcel lockers installed at 30 Tesco stores.
Evri, which delivers more than 900 million parcels a year, is also partnering with Motor Fuel Group to launch 500 new locker locations at petrol stations across the UK.
These new partnerships, the delivery company said, will "significantly expand the company’s reach to boost convenience, choice and control for millions of customers".
Head of ParcelShop and Locker Network at Evri, Liam Rogan, said: "By partnering with Tesco and MFG (Motor Fuel Group), we're reinforcing our commitment to a choice of quality delivery methods."
Evri already has a network of more than 11,000 ParcelShops and lockers across the UK (including ParcelShop services at Post Office branches and Asda stores).

The new trial began this week, with the first wave of Evri-branded lockers already rolled out at a small number of Tesco Extra and Superstore locations across the UK.
In total, 30 Tesco stores will have Evri parcel lockers in the trial, with 23 having already gone live (at the time of writing):

Customers using the lockers will have access to Evri’s pick-up and drop-off services, providing a quick, contact-free method for sending and receiving parcels, with ‘print-at-locker’ functionality, alongside fast and seamless QR code scanning.
A Tesco strategic partnerships spokesperson said: “We’re constantly looking for ways to make the shopping trip even more convenient for our customers, and as part of a small locker hub partner trial across a number of stores, we’re pleased to introduce Evri lockers.”
This new trial builds on Evri’s existing partnership with Tesco Clubcard, which already allows customers to collect Clubcard points for every parcel they send.
For every £1 spent via Evri, customers earn one Clubcard point, which can then be converted into vouchers to use on things like weekly shops, fuel, or a new deal with Tesco Mobile.

Tesco Extra in Salisbury is also part of Royal Mail trial
Earlier in March, Tesco also announced that Royal Mail parcel lockers would be trialled at select stores, including:

Tesco explained that the Royal Mail lockers will be available alongside its InPost parcel lockers, giving customers more ways to send, collect, and return parcels.
