An update has been issued on two shops that shut on a Wiltshire high street.
The site at 63 Fore Street in central Trowbridge has hit the market after Chase Buchanan closed their operation in town.
It is listed on Carter Jonas’s website, with the 1,159 square-foot space available an annual rental price of £22,500.

A spokesperson for Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce said: “Large ground floor offices in Fore Street is available soon. There is one large double-fronted unit, with further rooms behind, and two large walled gardens. Further offices available above if required.”
The property still retains original 15-the-century features, and comes with rare outside space. It has hit the market after this paper reported Chase Buchanan had wound down its operations in the south west.
The former British Heart Foundation shop at 17 Fore Street has also been made available, the chamber of commerce has announced.
The business shut its doors after signs were posted in the shopfront windows announcing that the branch would say goodbye to the community on Christmas Eve, December 24.
According to the Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce, the town’s leading business organisation, the property is up for let after being renovated, and is also being marketed by Carter Jonas.
