He is now being held in custody until his sentencing, which will take place on November 20 in Salisbury Crown Court.
A pre-sentence report has been requested to assess Mr Bingham's dangerousness and inform sentencing decisions, and medical reports are also being obtained by the defence.
Speaking shortly after the stabbing, Detective Sergeant Kayne Borresen said: “There would have been numerous people present at the venue where this disorder took place.
“We are actively investigating the circumstances in which a woman appears to have been stabbed and others were assaulted.
“It is important that we hear from anyone who was at the scene and may have witnessed what took place.”
