Swindon Supermarine's FA Trophy first-round proper tie with Blue Square Premier side Eastbourne Borough today has been postponed.
A waterlogged pitch at Hunts Copse means the match, billed as the biggest in Marine's history, will now be played on Wednesday evening.
A Marine club statement said: "Heavy rain since Friday evening left the pitch with large areas of surface water this morning and with Eastbourne leaving early, and the weather forecasters predicting continued rain, the referee had no alternative but to call it off.
The tie will now take place on Wednesday (December 17) at 7.45pm, with an alternative date of the following Monday or Tuesday also pencilled in should that be called off.
Elsewhere, Fairford's home Hellenic League Premier Division clash against Reading Town today is also off, as is Shrivenham's scheduled trip to Marlow United.
In Division One West, Cirencester United v Trowbridge Town is another victim as is Cricklade's home contest with Easington Sports and Malmesbury Vics and Purton's home matches against Letcombe and Headington Amateurs respectively.
Wootton Bassett v Lydney Town at Rylands Way is another victim.
Rugby has also been affected with the Dorset & Wilts 1st XV Cup quarter-final between Wootton Bassett and Swindon also postponed.
