CHIPPENHAM TOWN: Everyone's a winner in Gateway game

The annual Gateway Club versus Chippenham Town Supporters match raised more than £150 at Hardenhuish Park on Sunday.

Former Corsham Town and Chippenham manager Mel Gingell guested as Ben Palmer put the Gateway Club in front from the spot, Derek Crisp restoring parity before the break.

The second half belonged to the Gateway, who added goals from Michael Nicholls, Robert Thatcher, Toby Gingell, Ashley Maunder and skipper Charlie Goodwin, Pete Jefferies replying for the Supporters.

The match raised more than £150 for the Gateway Club and was sponsored by Andy Hurkett of H Rep Ltd, who presented medals and the Friendship Cup.
