Police and search and rescue officers set up search operation at The Farmhouse, Southwick last night
A 16-year-old girl with learning difficulties was found by search and rescue teams last night after going missing from her Southwick home.
The girl was reported missing at around 3pm and 27 Wilsar (Wiltshire Search and Rescue) volunteers joined police officers to help search for her.
They set up base at the Farmhouse Inn pub and carried out the operation from there.
The teenager was found by 9pm in nearby Beckington and was said to be distressed but safe.
