ZOE Sugg - the Corsham School pupil turned YouTube sensation - is going to be made into a waxwork at Madame Tussauds in London.

The 25-year-old, formerly of Lacock, has shot to fame through her online blog, social media sites and YouTube channels which have an audience of more than 12 million.

She will be joining the likes of boy band One Direction and actress Angelina Jolie at the museum, which has chosen to create a wax figure of the online blogger to ‘reflect the popularity of this new genre of celebrity’.

Her boyfriend and fellow video blogger Alfie Deyes, who recently celebrated having 4m subscribers on his YouTube channel, is also going to be created into a waxwork.

Last week the couple who live together in Brighton had their first sitting with sculptors from Madame Tussauds to take measurements. To ensure the figures are as true to life as possible, they will also be donating their own clothes for the waxworks to wear and have input on the styling.

The backdrop for the pair’s figures at the museum will be a bedroom as they lounge on the bed uploading videos.

Miss Sugg, known as Zoella to her fans, began filming makeup and fashion tutorials six years ago at her home in Lacock where she lived with brother Joe and dad Graham.

After finishing her A-levels in art, photography and textiles at The Corsham School, she started an apprenticeship in interior design while filming and blogging as a hobby.

She now has millions of followers and the news of the waxwork follows a string of successes for the blogger, who has created a toiletry line for Superdrug and broke the record for highest first week sales for a debut author for her book Girl Online.

The sequel is set to be released later this year.
