MELKSHAM Town will open their Evo-Stik South Division One South campaign with a home tie against Evesham on Saturday, August 18.
The Southern Football League confirmed all of Melksham’s 38 fixtures for their upcoming campaign following their promotion to the fourth-tier of non-league football last season.
Kieran Baggs’ men will play their first away fixture on the following Tuesday, August 21, before hosting Larkhall to round off a relatively quiet August.
A local challenge against Highworth – also promoted last season – occurs on November 24 before a home match against Fleet and a trip to Larkhall provide festive entertainment for Baggs’ troops on December 22 and 26 respectively.
A home match against Yate Town will see in the New Year for Melksham on New Year’s Day before they travel to Cirencester on January 5 in another local clash.
Games against Winchester, at home, and a visit to Yate Town round off Melksham’s season towards the end of April.
