NONE of the Trowbridge & District League clubs will be in action this weekend as the league have made the decision to postpone all of its scheduled fixtures due to the wintry weather.
Overnight snowfall, which is expected to continue, has left pitches across the area unplayable.
The league felt that with many roads still inaccessible and in the interests of safety for all those who would be travelling to and from matches, that it was the correct decision to postpone matches on Friday rather than leaving it until Saturday morning as the conditions are unlikely to improve.
