CHIPPENHAM Town manager Mark Collier has been named National League South manager of the month for October.
Collier oversaw three wins and two draws in league and cup action while the Bluebirds scored 11 goals in the process.
As well as picking up three valuable points away at Concord Rangers midway through the month, Collier also helped guide his team through to the first round of the FA Cup for only the third time in their history too.
Chippenham knocked out fellow National League South side Slough 3-2 in the third qualifying round - following a replay before a rather more straightforward 3-0 victory over Whyteleafe in the fourth qualifying round.
Collier's men will take on Northampton Town at the Thornbury Surfacing Stadium on Sunday hoping to progress to the second round of the FA Cup for the first time.
