Royal Wootton Bassett Rugby Club has expressed immense pride as homegrown talent, Billy Sela, earned his first call-up to England's senior training squad for the 2026 Six Nations.

The club's Facebook page celebrated Sela's achievement, calling it an "incredible achievement" and a "fantastic moment."

Sela's rugby journey began at Royal Wootton Bassett RFC before joining Bath Rugby.

The post read: "What an incredible achievement and a fantastic moment for a hugely talented young prop who first set foot on a rugby pitch at RWB RFC."

The pride of the club was evident as it rounded off the post saying, "From his early rugby days at RWB RFC to smashing it with Bath Rugby and now stepping up to the senior England squad... we are so proud of you!"
