CALNE TOWN boss Kelvin Highmore has revealed that he is in talks to bring a joint-manager to the club.
Former Malmesbury Victoria boss Tommy Dryden could join to share the managerial duties and Highmore says it would be a real boost: “It would ease the pressure that comes from my other commitments and really soften the blow of losing my assistant Paul Thompson to Devizes Town.”
Calne’s match at home to Street on Wednesday night was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch but Highmore was left fuming after his side were forced to play in similarly adverse conditions on Saturday - resulting in a 2-0 loss to Brislington.
Calne are hoping to complete the signing of Devizes Town winger Danny Moxham before this weekend’s clash with Barnstaple Town.
FC Chippenham striker Mark Nolan could also be another new face at Bremhill View.
