FREDDIE Burns will start at fly-half for Bath in tomorrow's European Rugby Champions Cup encounter against Benetton Rugby at the Stadio Comunale di Monigo, Treviso.

Burns will be joined by Kahn Fotuali’i in the half-back pairing, as the Samoan international returns to the starting line-up at scrum-half.

Ben Tapuai and Jonathan Joseph continue in the midfield, with Aled Brew, Matt Banahan and Anthony Watson completing the back-line.

Up front, there is a start for Lucas Noguera at loosehead prop, with the Argentinian international featuring alongside Tom Dunn and Henry Thomas in the front row.

James Phillips and Elliott Stooke make up the second row pairing for the trip to Treviso, whilst Matt Garvey captains the side at blindside flanker.

Zach Mercer and Sam Underhill, who were two of five Bath players called up to the England squad for the Six Nations opener against Italy, complete the back row.
