SIMMONDS Jack Passed away peacefully on 5th September 2014 at the Royal United Hospital, Bath, aged 95 years. Husband of the late Ruby, father to Lynda and Jacqueline, grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather. Funeral service to take place at Semington Crematorium on Monday 15th September 2014 at 10.00 am. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Alzheimer's Research UK c/o C S Bowyer Funeral Directors, 3 St Thomas' Road, Trowbridge, Willtshire BA14 8SF.
