STANISLAW Kolczak (known as John) Of Snarlton Lane, Melksham, died in Savernake Hospital on 28th November 2014, aged 98. Father to Andy, Kris and Mick, he will be missed by family and friends. The funeral will take place at Semington Crematorium on 9th December at 14.30. Family flowers only, donations if wished will go to the Royal British Legion c/o John Stuart of Melksham 01225 433649
